Terms and conditions

1. Cancellation Policy: A 10% deduction will be applied to the advance payment in the event
of an order cancellation.

2. Colour Variance (Online Orders): Please note that the actual color of the furniture may vary
slightly from the images displayed on your screen due to lighting and monitor settings.

3. Payment Terms: The full outstanding balance must be cleared prior to the delivery of the
goods.

4. Warranty Coverage: Major internal wood breakage or deep structural cracks occurring
during the warranty period are eligible for replacement.

5. Wear and Tear Exclusions: The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, including fading polish, minor paint damage, superficial surface cracks, or naturally loosened joints.

6. Customer Damage: Products will not be eligible for replacement if physical damage has been caused by mishandling or misuse by the customer.

7. Transportation Costs: All transport charges related to warranty claims, repairs, or
replacements will be borne by the customer.
